Survey 2022

Survey 2022 policy dialogue with INDEF

This public discussion in Jakarta, Indonesia aims to find out problems, issues, and proposed policy recommendations to address the challenges of future development that are more equitable and inclusive, so that issues of inequality and poverty can be exaggerated.

The main findings and recommendations contained in the Economic and Social Survey of Asia and the Pacific 2022: Building Policies for an Inclusive Recovery and Development  from UN ESCAP will be presented in this public forum alongside with other materials from the Ministry of National Development Planning, Ministry of Finance, both of the Republic of Indonesia, and INDEF.

The Survey 2022 that was launched in 12 April 2020 in ESCAP, Bangkok, highlights the role of macroeconomic and structural policies in tackling inequality and recommends a three-pronged policy agenda aimed at shaping an inclusive economy in Asia and the Pacific.
