The Asia-Pacific Information Superhighway (AP-IS) Steering Committee at its fifth session held on 25 November 2021 adopted the AP-IS Action Plan 2022-2026 and requested the Secretariat to organize an informal Bureau meeting.
The key objectives of this meeting are for the Bureau members of the AP-IS to discuss the implementation of the AP-IS Action Plan 2022-2026 including operational procedures of the Working Groups, the process of the annual progress report to AP-IS Steering Committee, the communication channels between the Bureau members and the Secretariat, and the modality of information sharing among member States of AP-IS (studies, reports, projects, etc), among others.
