Governing Board of the Asian and Pacific Centre for Transfer of Technology at its eighteenth session, Manila To review and appraise the activities of the Centre, the financial resources available to the Centre, and the critical issues of further strengthening and evolution of the Centre from the institutional and programme standpoints. In particular, this session of the Governing Board will examine the Evaluation Report on APCTT prepared by an external evaluator during January-February 2003.
