Working to achieve inclusive and sustainable economic and social development in Asia-Pacific

Welcome to the United Nations Information Services/Bangkok.

UNIS/Bangkok is both the information service of UNESCAP, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, and the designated United Nations Information Centre for Cambodia, Lao Peoples' Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam.

Among its many services are media and public relations, media accreditation, public information materials, and group briefings.

The UNESCAP Library houses a working collection of materials focusing on the challenging issues faced by the Asia and Pacific region in the economic and social spheres.
