Lao PDR Technical Working Group on Health Financing "Review of ongoing health financing reform and challenge in expanding the current social protection schemes in Lao People’s Democratic Republic"

The meeting is organized as a part of the project "Promoting sustainable social protection strategies to improve access to health care in the Greater Mekong Subregion". The meeting is the second to be held in Lao People’s Democratic Republic, and will serve as the first meeting of Lao PDR Technical Working Group on Health Financing. As the first meeting of Technical Working Group, the meeting objective is to initiate the multi-sectoral dialogue on health financing among various ministerial officials, donor agencies and NGOs.
