In cooperation with United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, New York, and jointly with the United States - based "Collaborative Labeling and Appliance Standards Program (CLASP)", ESCAP co-organized and hosted a "Regional Symposium on Energy Efficiency Standards and Labelling" in Bangkok from 29 to 31 May 2001. The Symposium was attended by some 100 distinguished regional and international experts. The proceedings of the Symposium are available on CD-ROM.
