The Learning Sub-Unit of the Organizational Development and Staffing
Unit (ODSU) is responsible for managing and implementing training
programmes, administering examinations, including entry examination
for General Services posts, language proficiency examination
(LPE) and national competitive recruitment examination. It is
also responsible for the implementation of the performance appraisal
system at UNESCAP.
In its commitment to help develop UNESCAP a learning organization,
it has established its own Learning Centre which was officially
inaugurated on 8 August 2005. The UNESCAP Learning Centre takes
pride of its IT Learning Lab, Seminar Rooms, Classrooms and
Self-Learning Centre.
