Facilitate a process of mediation between two conflicting parties from start to finish
Help conflicting parties to achieve a resolution to their immediate problems as well as facilitate opportunities for deeper psychological and relational transformation |

Creating a collaborative mediation environment and developing an opening statement
Modelling active listening and de-escalation of emotions
Facilitating dialogue and perspective between two conflicting parties
Making smooth transitions between mediation phases
Fostering conditions of interpersonal reconciliation, healing, growth and chang
Managing issues of trust, neutrality, gender, power and authority as a third party facilitator Developing and reality-testing agreements |
