Topics to be covered:
Workshop 1: (Five-day residential, New York) The first workshop introduces central themes and topics, all of which are put to use in the application phase, and further strengthened in the second workshop.

Application phase (6-9 months, participants’ own workplace)
During this period, lasting between six to nine months, participants implement their personal learning goals, and receive personal coaching, as well as online monitoring and support.
Workshop 2: (Five-day residential, in a different geographical location)
The second workshop allows participants to report on their application phase experience. It explores different facets of themes introduced in the first workshop, with a particular emphasis on the impact of culture on leadership.
