Target Audience: GS staff who have completed parts I, II and III of the programme
Objectives: At the conclusion of the training, participants will be able to:

Give feedback to supervisors or other colleagues who report to you, in a supportive and constructive way that reduces defensiveness and strengthen srelationships
Identify common ground to build a collaborative work relationship with your supervisor
Use communication skills that express your needs assertively in an appropriate and relevant manner
Use active listening skills to separate resistance and objections from the real underlying needs whether explicitly or implicitly expressed |
