    Objectives:
    At the conclusion of the training, participants will be able to:



    Demonstrate communications and work-management skills
    Employ practical skills for effectively managing relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and clients.

Active listening and taking initiative; through the OASIS model for collaborative communications
Understanding personal preferences using a self-assessment process
Giving and receiving feedback
Work assignment conversations
Being a pro-active team member
