Target audience: Mandatory for supervisors, managers, and other staff who conduct or participate as a panel member in interviews as part of the recruitment and selection process.

Explain the importance of competencies as the framework against which to assess people
Apply key interviewing skills, including briefing candidates, managing the interaction, structuring the interview, and various techniques of questioning
Evaluate candidates and make fair, objective, and valid selection decisions. |
