Competency-based Selection and Interviewing Skills – Refresher

Objectives:

	At the conclusion of the training, the participants will be able to:
		•Reinforce and refresh understanding of best practice approaches to interviewing •Practice eliciting and evaluating evidence of experience during an interview •Increase confidence and skills in conducting interviews

Topics to be covered:

• Review of experiences in applying Competency-based Selection and Interviewing techniques • Discussion and resolution of challenges encountered • Application of key concepts in gathering and evaluating information
