Interpersonal and Soft Skills

    Objectives:
    As a result of participating in this programme participants will be able to:






    Communicate effectively towards reaching win-win solutions to interpersonal conflicts and organizational problems
    Address negotiations and problems at the level of positions, needs and feelings
    Plan for and navigate the phases of a negotiation or problem-solving process
    Frame conflict and problems in creative and manageable ways
    Proactively transform conflicts and problems into opportunities for growth and change.
Topics to be covered:





Recognizing the phases of the negotiation process
Reframing a conflict by identifying areas of agreement and deepening understanding
Managing worldview differences related to culture, gender and power
Leveraging emotional intelligence in conflict situations
Demonstrating sensitivity to other cultural norms in listening and expressing oneself
