    Objectives:

    As a result of participating in this programme participants will be able to:

     









    A deeper understanding of the importance of the value of Respect for Diversity at the UN
    A global diversity self-assessment focusing on personal strengths and areas for growth and development
    Knowledge of up-to-date research and best practices on effectively managing global diversity in organizations
    Greater ability to adapt to world view differences around culture, gender, race, rank and other important individual characteristics
    A systemic approach to managing and reducing one’s own biases
