    Now on its year 3, The Clinic Forum invited health specialists from Samitivej Hospital to facilitate its first session this year which would present staff members some helpful tips on how to treat and prevent jet lag.

    Frequent fliers know that traveling can stress the body and mind. Traveling across time zones is most difficult. It takes preventive measures, good exercise, and plenty of sleep to bounce back quickly from a flight across time zones. This presentation will provide staff members with helpful tips on how to reduce jet lag and speed recovery after long travel.

    Pathophysiology - why do some people get jet lag and others don’t?

    Causes/aggravating factors - what causes and triggers jet lag?

    Symptoms - how would you know if you have jet lag?

    Treatment - what can you do to speed up your recovery from jet lag? Natural remedies for treating jet lag.

    Prevention – tips for avoiding jet lag.

    Audience participation - sharing experiences and ideas on how to cope with jet lag.
